Occupy Wall Street Organizing Nationwide Boycott Against Banks

In an effort to send a message to big banks, some protestors, who seem to be associated with the Occupy Wall Street movement, have organized an event to remove all funds from banks and into credit unions.
Protestors are calling the event "Bank Transfer Day" and are encouraging people nationwide to participate November 5.
The Facebook page for the event states the following:
"Together we can ensure that these banking institutions will ALWAYS remember the 5th of November!! If the 99% removes our funds from the major banking institutions on or by this date, we will send a clear message and give the 1% a taste of the fear that we experience every day when we aren't able to pay for our rent, food, medication, utilities, student loans, etc."
So far over 6,500 people have RSVP'ed for the event. 
The true revolutions throughout history have rarely been ended by those who have started them. The people who want this chaos and civil unrest in the streets know that, and are taking advantage of good hearted and young naive people who really believe they are furthering their own personal causes and/or agendas. Situations become even more complex when Hollywood decides to make the operating base of these unorganized chaotic uprisings a "hot spot" where they can stop by for a quick photo op on their way to make millions while continuing to look like they care about the "little people". Stack that instability higher with a dose of police misconduct and the countdown has started to a really big "push". The sooner people on the street realize that they are being sold a lie, the better off we will all be.
Have you noticed the mantra repeated over and over online, in the paper, on blogs, on tv, and in videos stating "Why isn't the mainstream media covering this?" I bought into that mantra myself until I stopped for a moment and realized just how many places I had seen it. I mean forget the constant internet coverage, talk radio, major newspaper articles, and 24/7 news station loops like fox, cnn, rt, bbc, currenttv, and msnbc and just look surf your remote for a minute; Real Time with Bill Maher, The Daily Show, The TODAY Show, GBTV, The Colbert Report, Good Morning America, Local news, and the sit-com Community even "spoofed" the whole idea of protesting in general this week! The list seems endless! That seems like coverage to me, how are they not getting coverage, I think that is coverage!
Don't get sucked in to thinking that this is dwindling down now and that we can sweep it under the rug. This was just a "test run" and the protests moving forward are going to be bigger, rougher, and for many people flat out terrifying. Call it a conspiracy all you want but it is imperative you understand it for the safety of yourself and your family or when it does start to unravel you won't know what to do. I can only say "Be Prepared" so many times. All the events of the world look so far away and scattered right now, I get it, I understand, but they are all connected and the sooner you figure it out the better prepared you will be.
The Arab Spring lead to the European Summer which will ultimately be the "spark" for the American Fall and end in what? A Nuclear Winter? A One World Winter? The possibilities are endless. Please seek out and learn the TRUTH. The TRUTH has no agenda. Know who you are. Be a leader. Be prepared. Stay safe.
Why October 2011 Will Lead to the American Fall - Looks like October 2011 is going to be jammed packed with Revolutions all over the place! With the slow dwindle of happenings, occupations, demonstrations, and protests that are set to take place in September the ones that begin in October are sure to attract a strong following. Desperate times and frustrated people will be easy to both rally for a cause and manipulate for personal gain.
